Refund policy

Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping with JéLaché Apparel! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at james@jlauthentic.com to request a return authorization.
2. Once your return is approved, carefully package the item and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note the following:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at james@jlauthentic.com to arrange the exchange.
